James Boyce, Luis Botto and Kevin Addie were re-elected as directors and Mr. Barry Brown was elected as a director of Goldbank. Mr. Boyce is continuing as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Botto is continuing as Chief Financial Officer of Goldbank.
Disinterested shareholders approved the issuance of a convertible promissory note by the Company the conversion of which may result in the creation of a control person; the possible creation of such a control person and the possible resulting change of effective control of the Company.
